As Lifely we strive to be as inclusive of everybody's opinions and transparant about our decision-making as we can. That's why we consecutively organise the following structure of bi-weekly all-hands meetings on Tuesdays (you'll receive an invite if you're new 😉):

Operation update all-hands.

During this all-hands type we'll inform you about the following:

• Updates on new clients and new projects with existing clients.
• The results of our marketing efforts.
• Updates on our position, Codebook, and branding.
• Updates to our handbook and introducing new policies.
• Upcoming Lifely-hosted events.
• Updates on our hiring strategy.
• Holidays

Future Lifely all-hands.

During this all-hands type we'll inform you about the following:

• Updates on projects that may be invisible for you in the day-to-day.
• Updates on our Innovation roadmap.
• Updates on our internal roadmap.

Demo day.

On Demo day, everyone gets one minute to demo the features, designs, or accounts they are proud of working on during the past eight weeks. Keep it short, the bell 🛎️ will ring after 60 seconds. If you want to present as a team you can add each others minutes
