At Lifely, the year-end assessment is vital to our personal and professional development journey. This assessment is divided into two key parts: the first is carried out by your Discipline Lead and a member from Growing People, focusing primarily on your Discipline seniority and OKR achievements. This makes up 50% of your total evaluation.

The second half is a 360-degree review based on your growth portfolio presentation, evaluated against our ‣ . This also constitutes 50% of your total score. In this part, you'll be assessed by yourself (self-assessment), a randomly selected peer from your Horizon Group, and your discipline coach.

By embracing this dual-method assessment approach, we aim to offer a more holistic evaluation of individual performance, fostering growth and development aligned with both discipline-specific and broader ARC principles.

The scores for both assessment methods will be on a 1-10 scale for each question. Your final 'grade' is the average score from these two assessments. This grade influences any salary adjustments for the coming year. Below is the grade-to-salary adjustment mapping:
