All jobs can be a challenge for our body and mind. The many hours sitting behind a computer and the intense focus of the craft requires things to be kept in balance. To keep everyone happy and healthy, there is a small budget for everyone at Lifely.

We’ve come up with a budget of €20 per person per month. Some ideas on how the budget can be spent:

• Budget should allow for four personal trainings, yoga, or meditation sessions per month in groups of six to seven Lifely’ers.
• Budget can also be spent on a subscription service. However, we value the idea of doing something together. If people in the team want to spend the budget on a fitness app or something like Headspace, please come up with a group element or a reflection session to maintain the feeling of community.

Some other aspects to take into consideration.

1. We value participation and hate to waste a budget. That's why the participation rate must be structurally above 80%, otherwise the project gets cancelled.
2. Budget is meant for physical or mental exercise. Due to taxation challenges we cannot approve this budget for work-out gear, fitness gadgets, etc. Make sure the subscription service you want to use has the ability to provide you with an invoice.
3. Budget is not transferable from one month to the next month.
