It’s not our place to tell you if, when and how to resign. However we’ve experienced that people find resigning daunting and we’re here to help you navigate the process. We want you to become the best you, you can be. And if that is not at Lifely, we’re here to support you in your transition. So before we go down some more practical stuff, here’s something to consider about your legacy at Lifely:

When you transition between companies, your legacy, how you are remembered, is not determined by what you’ve done, but by what you leave behind.

So when you’ve made the decision to resign from Lifely, please consider everything you do from that moment on to be part of how you leave your Lifely colleagues behind. Because it’s easy to get excited about your new job and therefor “neglect” boring old Lifely ^^. But please consider that if your handover is not complete, rushed or hurts the project others are working on, your colleagues will have to deal with that. And although once you’ve left that is no longer your responsibility, it will contribute to how you will be remembered.

Resigning, the happy flow :-).

Consider discussing any doubts with your Lead before handing in your resignation 🙂
