Being part of a management requires the ability to both zoom out and dream about the future (our goals) as well as to be present and aware of the daily operation. The question is how do you take out the subjective part of running a business? Not because that is not interesting, fun and important, but because it allows you to talk about a shared baseline of objective measures that indicate the health of our company.

To measure our health we need to look at the different key categories that make up an agency.

3.2 Key performance indicators.

The goal is to make sure that all the bottom KPIs are measured every at a regular interval. It should be a joint goal to both organise and automate some where possible. I would love to work towards a Lifely management dashboard where we can measure our performance over time.
