We’re all one big team at Lifely. However, it’s also nice to celebrate the succes of our individual teams and celebrate and connect with the client. Whether that is a team working on a specific client together, or a competence team that works for all clients. Lifely Let’s connect days are ment to be the best day of the month. A day where your main objective is to unwind and (re)connect with your colleagues at Lifely. Don't worry about being overly productive (unless you have committed to a deadline of course).
Let’s connect days can be found in the studio signup sheet. The studio manager will try to accommodate everybody's holidays and parttime days so we optimise the amount of people joining the connect days. The team selected to be in the studio that week will be added in the signup sheet and will be expected in the studio that day. The client for the project in question will be invited to join the studio.
If you are not in this group, please know you are still more than welcome to the Lifely studio :).
But what does one of these days look like? First of all, it’s just any other day, but we want to facilitate as much as possible for us to have interactions with each other. So you come to the studio to work on the project you work on as normal, the fridge will be stocked, we will organise a lunch work until 4 o’clock when we all close our laptops to enjoy a beer together. We also want to encourage mini demo-days within the group that is in attendance.
