Collaboration and Best Work Practices for Lifely x Nucleoo
At Lifely as well as Nucleoo, we strive for transparent, structured, and effective collaboration, both within teams and with external partners. Below are the key agreements and guidelines to ensure a smooth working environment.
Collaboration Strategy (IN PROGRESS)
Lifely follows a clear collaboration strategy based on open communication, commitment, and efficient project management. This strategy aligns with the principles discussed during All Hands meetings and focuses on practical implementation within teams.
Team Overview and Responsibilities (IN PROGRESS)
Each employee has clearly defined roles and responsibilities within the team. An overview of who is responsible for what is provided and updated based on the latest All Hands meetings and practical developments within the company.
Working on a Nucleoo Project
For employees working on a project with Nucleoo, the following guidelines apply:
- Focus on the project you are assigned to. Priority remains on agreed tasks and deliverables within the sprint.
- No excuses for missing commitments. If you receive a new request for another project, it will be moved to the next sprint or scheduled later unless there is a strict deadline or a long-term commitment.
- Unclear requests? If you receive a request and are unsure how or when to plan it, forward it to Bibi.
- Process alignment. Employee and task reassignments should be coordinated through Bibi and Christina Lopez.
Working on a Lifely Project
Currently, there are no active cases, but the same rules and principles as Nucleoo projects apply.
