The Lifely Studio is designed to have your least productive day of the week.
We’ve embraced a work-from-home first culture. Yet working from home can be taxing, because you often get into such a focused groove. That is why the Studio exists to be the “rut-breaker” for both teams as well as clients.
👉 For the team, a day in the Studio should be their least productive day of the week. The goal is to break through their daily conventions, to truly connect with the company and their colleagues.
👉 For clients, it should be their escape from “boredom”. To be in a place that is comfortable and inspires them to strive for excellence (with our team).
It’s a considered space designed to represent the natural flow of a good relationship:
There are a limited number of desks available at the Studio. We currently offer 10 desk spots in the Studio with screens, which you can connect through the USB-C cable that’s plugged in. We have several other spots available without screen and some standing spots (in the coffee space, workshop area, and meeting room).
🔨 Throughout the merge we are planning on creating 2 more desk spots, placing a big (coffee-company like) table to sit with your laptop, replacing the standard chairs on the side with Herman Miller desk chairs and build a glass booth for Zoom calls.

<aside> 💡 Spots are limited: Feel free to sign on and off whenever you want, but preferably do so in time, so your other colleagues can make use of the remaining desk spots. Note that you cannot book a specific spot and no one has a fixed seat

🔔 When someone rings the bell, you can open the door by first pressing ‘Antwoorden’ and then press ‘Ontgrendelen’.
💡You can leave the lights in the studio on. As soon as you leave the studio, lights will turn off automatically.
There are two meeting spaces at Lifely that can be closed off. The Boardroom has capacity for 4 (max 6) people and has a TV screen to which you can wireless connect your phone or laptop for presentations or calls. The other room is smaller and suited for max 2 people.
