When running a company you will inevitably end up with a list of both chores and fun events that nobody naturally picks up. At some agencies this is all taken care by the office manager. However, we feel that taking responsibilities for chores, internal projects and responsibilities should be something we do together . That is why everyone at Lifely is expected to help and check-off one project on the goodwill list per year. And don't worry, you will be allowed to do this during office hours, preferably when you might have some down time with clients work.

Everyone is responsible for their own project. We will give you the tools and and some idea or inspiration where to start. Yet it is up to you to make sure you take initiative and request a project to do, at least one a year. You can request a project from the list down below to Traffic Management or by asking your lead to plan the project for you. Traffic management will allocate the project for you and plan the project in as soon as there is some downtime or need for the project to get done.

Goodwill projects.

• Studio maintenance 1 day (2 persons).
• Restock the studio, 3 months (1 person).
• The party starter, 6 months (2 persons).
• Lower food waste at the Studio, 3 months (1 person).
• Clear out the Shurgard (3 persons).
• Pick up remote colleagues for Lifely retreat (1 person).
