Your personal and professional growth at Lifely is our priority. To facilitate a robust development journey, we've outlined several key milestones and touchpoints for you throughout the year. Below is the enhanced breakdown:

1. Annual Performance Review: Goal-Setting & Support

Each February, Dan as People Lead will schedule a one-hour Performance Review. You’ll be asked to prepare your own Performance Review in advance, and so come prepared with written answers to the questions, as well as the 360° feedback completed by two colleagues (or a client) and your Team Lead.

In this meeting you’ll discuss achievements, challenges, goals and support needs, the 360° feedback, and, where applicable, salary adjustments aligned to performance tiers.

2.  360° Feedback

Invite your Team Lead and two others to complete the 360° feedback form. You should choose colleagues you work with regularly and who will give you direct and honest feedback. You can also include an external partner, such as a client - asking a client to support your development can be a great way to strengthen the relationship! The form has seven questions that assess your capacity and capabilities specific to your role, as well as the meta-skills in Lifely’s ARC framework: Awareness, Responsibility, and Connection.

3. Regular Check-ins on Goals

After the review, expect regular check-ins with Dan, and your Team Lead when useful, to track progress on the agreed goals. These regular touchpoints serve to keep you aligned and adaptable, offering a chance to revisit and revise your goals and support as needed.

4. Progress Review

Around the halfway mark of the year, you’ll meet with your Team Lead and the People Lead for a Progress Review. You’ll share what’s working and what isn’t, refine goals and success measures, and agree the support you need - whether that’s mentoring, training, or tweaks to scope or cadence. By the end of the meeting, you’ll have a clear plan with owners and dates, and the outcomes will be documented. This review closes the loop on the first half of the year, keeps you on course, and sets you up to arrive at your next Annual Review prepared with progress to show and a clear direction for what comes next.
