As per 2021, we have introduced a transparant model for profit sharing. The bonus you'll receive in December is based on the company's financial results over the entire year. All profit margins are calculated before profit/income tax and before large investments*. This is done to make sure that long-term investments that might benefit the shareholders of the company don't impact the yearly bonus you worked hard for all year.

Yearly bonus percentage:

The percentage represents the amount of your monthly average salary over the entire year that will be paid as an end-of-year bonus. End-of-year bonuses will be payed out on 15 December.

• Between 0% and 10% profit margin = 0% bonus.
• Between 10% and 15% profit margin = 25% bonus.
• Between 15% and 20% profit margin = 50% bonus.
• Between 20% and 25% profit margin= 80% bonus.
• 26% or higher profit margin = 100% bonus.

During the All-hands meeting we'll update you at least once per quarter on the profit margin over the last few quarters.
