Salary.

If you work and live in the Netherlands and have an employee contract with Lifely, your salary will be transferred to your bank account on the 15th of every month. If the 15th falls on a weekend day we will make sure your salary is transferred before the weekend. Some other relevant things regarding salary:

• Holiday allowance at Lifely will be transferred alongside your salary on 15 May every year. Your holiday allowance amounts to 8% of your total past year's income at Lifely.
• Lifely uses bank accounts at the Rabobank. Usually, the delay should be no longer than a couple of minutes, however, expect some delays (up to 2 days) if you're with a different bank.
• If you need an advance on wages you can contact Nick de Bruijn via Slack. If you don't feel comfortable sharing the reason for your need of an advance, please contact the Info Confidant.

If you're a permanent outside contractor (for instance because you're not a Dutch resident) or if you're invoicing us through a Holding B.V. (Managing Partners) your salary will be transferred on the 5th of the month.

B+P belastingadviseurs.

Your Salary slip and yearly overviews will be provided by our payroll office b+p Belastingadviseurs. You receive your payslip on your @lifely.nl mailbox. All PDFs from b+p are password secured.

<aside> 💡 Fun fact: b+p was Lifely's first big client almost nine years ago. The Benchmark and client environment we build for them is still up and running nine years later. In 2020 we did some major upgrades to the platform and helped them launch their new online identity.
