Assessment.

To ensure comprehensive development, our assessment structure is twofold, focusing on what you are used to at Lifely: discipline-based measures; as well as something new: the cultivation of meta-skills through the ARC framework—Awareness, Responsibility, and Connection.

The first half of your annual assessment is led by your Discipline Lead and a member of Growing People, concentrating on your role-specific performance and OKRs. The second half employs a 360 review, allowing self and peer assessment of your growth in ARC qualities. This balanced approach aims to evaluate your contributions and growth holistically. By nurturing these meta-skills, we strive to make you and Lifely more adaptable, insightful, and resilient in an ever-changing world.

More on the assessment methodology here: Assessment methodologies.

Time Allocation

To ensure focused development, an average of three hours per week is allocated during office hours on a non-billable basis for personal development. Every team member is responsible for ensuring that they do not exceed these allocated hours, and time should be booked in Simplicate for monitoring purposes.

Within these hours, you are expected to further your The Growth Portfolio. This time also encompasses your discipline-coach check-ins, monthly Horizon group sessions, and the time allocated for your yearly Assessment and goal-setting sessions.

The Lifely ARC.

Your growth journey at Lifely, grounded in our ARC framework: Awareness, Responsibility, and Connection. These meta-skills are universally applicable and enduring. By cultivating them, you not only enhance your own adaptability but also contribute to Lifely’s agility and resilience.
